Affiliate Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the WPFlareMail Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on all qualified sales. Commissions are paid out monthly, subject to a 30-day holding period to account for refunds.
3. No Self-Referrals
Affiliates cannot use their own referral link to purchase software at a discount for their own use or their own agency.
4. No Brand Bidding
You are strictly prohibited from bidding on branded terms (e.g., "WPFlareMail", "WPFlareMail discount") on Google Ads or other search engines to siphon organic traffic.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to promote WPFlareMail in a professional manner. Spam, misleading claims, or deceptive advertising practices will result in immediate termination.
6. Account Termination
WPFlareMail reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion if these terms are violated, resulting in the forfeiture of pending commissions.
