1. Agreement to Terms

When you use the WPFlareMail website or install our plugins, you're agreeing to these rules. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the tools.

2. Software License (WPFlareMail Pro)

WPFlareMail Pro is commercial software. Paying for a subscription gives you access to updates and support for as long as your subscription is active. Don't resell the plugin, distribute the files, or try to bypass your license key limits.

3. Cloudflare Infrastructure & Anti-Spam Laws

Our plugins send API commands directly to your Cloudflare account. We don't control your Cloudflare setup, and we aren't responsible if something breaks there. You are strictly responsible for adhering to all international anti-spam laws (such as the CAN-SPAM Act and CASL). You are also bound by Cloudflare's Acceptable Use Policy; sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails will result in your API access being permanently revoked by Cloudflare.

4. Subscriptions and Ending Your Account

When you buy WPFlareMail Pro, you're authorizing a recurring charge via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from the Customer Dashboard.

If you click the "Delete Account" button, it immediately locks you out of the dashboard and permanently destroys your active licenses. Your database records will then be wiped entirely within 30 days.

5. Liability

Software isn't perfect, and email infrastructures can fail. WPFlareMail is not liable if you lose profits, data, or goodwill because you accessed, used, or couldn't use our plugin.
