1. Introduction

We wrote this policy to explain exactly what data we collect when you use WPFlareMail, why we need it, and how to delete it.

2. The Data We Collect

Here is what we collect and why:

  • Email: We need this so you can log in and link your license keys.
  • Payments: We never touch or store your credit card numbers. Stripe handles checkout, storage, and subscriptions. We only save a reference ID to know you paid us.
  • Physical Addresses: If you qualify for loyalty rewards (such as the Founders Club), you may optionally provide a physical shipping address. This data is fully encrypted at rest in our database and only decrypted when processing shipments via third-party logistics or postal services like USPS.
  • Usage: We use Google Analytics for basic data like browser type, rough location, and IP address so we know how people are finding our site.

3. Cloudflare & Stripe

We don't run our own servers. Our entire database and API run on Cloudflare's network (Workers and D1), which is where your login and license data lives. We use Stripe for everything related to billing and payments.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use a single HttpOnly cookie for security. It's what keeps your account logged in. We also use Google Analytics to see what's happening on the site.

If you're visiting from the EU, we block Google Analytics completely until you click "Accept All" on the cookie banner. If you're visiting from elsewhere, tracking fires normally, but the banner stays visible so you can opt out whenever you want.

5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You always have the right to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.

You can do both yourself from the Customer Dashboard. The "Export My Data" button gives you everything we have. The "Delete Account" button instantly destroys your active session and queues your entire database record for permanent deletion within exactly 30 days.
